Moisture, rain water, human sweat, water cooling liquid splash (such as grinder) in the oil barrel leaked into the oil. Measures to prevent moisture from entering and rusting 1. The transportation and storage of oil products must be protected from rainwater. Oil drums filled with hydraulic oil must not be placed in the open air. The rubber seal of the oil drum cover must be reliable. The oil container should be placed in a dry and sheltered place. 2. Water leakage and water leakage of water-cooled oil cooler must be checked and eliminated frequently. When this failure occurs, the oil is white and turbid. At this time, check the seal for damage and the cooling water pipe for damage, disassembly, repair or replacement. 3.
