The main wear parts of gear pumps include active shaft and bushing, passive gear center hole and shaft pin, pump housing inner cavity and gear, gear end face and pump cover, etc. When the main technical indicators of the lubricating oil pump fail to meet the requirements, it should be dismantled and disassembled to find out the location and extent of the wear and tear, and take corresponding measures to repair the large-flow gear pump .
First, the repair of the main shaft of the large flow gear pump after the wear of the drive shaft and the bushing
When the moving shaft and the bush are worn, the matching clearance increases, which will definitely affect the amount of pump oil. In this case, the normal fit clearance can be restored by repairing the driving shaft or bushing. If the drive shaft wears slightly, just press the old bushing and change the superscript
The large-flow gear pump's quasi-sized bushing can be restored to the allowable range with the clearance. If the driving shaft and the bushing are severely worn and the fit clearance is seriously exceeded, not only the bushing should be replaced, but the driving shaft should also be chrome-plated or vibration surfacing to increase its diameter, and then ground to the standard size to restore the bushing. Cooperation requirements.
Second, the repair of the casing of the lubricant pump
Large flow gear pump casing cracks can be repaired by casting 508 nickel copper electrode. Welds must be tight and air holes, and the flatness error of the joint surface with the pump cover is not greater than 0.05 mm. Repair of the wear of the drive shaft bushing and driven shaft hole: After the wear of the drive shaft bushing, the wear can be eliminated by reaming. Marks, and then with bushings enlarged to the corresponding size. The wear of the driven shaft hole is also eliminated by reaming, and then the repair of the inner cavity of the driven shaft pump casing is prepared according to the actual size of the hole after reaming: After the inner cavity of the pump casing is worn, it is generally repaired by the inner cavity sleeve method. That is to say, after the inner cavity is enlarged, it is set with cast iron or steel bushing.
After inserting the sleeve, lining the inner cavity to the required size, and grinding away the bush that protrudes from the end face to make it flush with the joint of the pump casing. Repair of the valve seat: There are two types of pressure limiting valves: ball valves and plunger valves. Species. After the spherical valve seat is worn, a steel ball can be placed on the valve seat, and then the steel ball is lightly tapped with a metal rod until the ball valve and the valve seat are tight. Third, the repair of the pump cover
Repair of working plane: If the working surface of the pump cover is less worn, you can use manual grinding to eliminate the wear marks, that is, put a little valve sand on the platform or thick glass plate, and then place the pump cover on it to grind until the wear marks are eliminated. The work surface is flat. When the wear depth of the working surface of the pump cover exceeds 0.1 mm, the method of turning and grinding should be used to repair the repair of the drive shaft bushing hole: repair and wear of the drive shaft bush hole on the pump cover of the high-flow gear pump The repair method for the wear of the drive bushing hole is the same.
Fourth, the gear is turned over using a gear pump. Gear wear is mainly at the tooth thick parts, while the wear on the gear end face and the tooth top is relatively light. The gear is worn on one side at the tooth thickness, so the gear can be turned 180 degrees to use. When the end face of the gear is worn, the end face can be ground and the joint surface of the lubricant pump casing can be ground at the same time to ensure that the gap between the end face of the high-flow gear pump and the pump cover is within the standard range.
